“Since the early 1980s, Furla has produced an expanded Italian accessory to the global market. This month, with a total global turnover rising 23.5% in the first six months of the year, the brand announced soaring sales fuelled by strong growth in the Asia Pacific region. Sales in the Asia Pacific region grew strongly, up 63%, with China performing particularly well – like-for-likes were up in the double digits.”
Meanwhile, on the occasion of Milan Fashion Week, Furla did just a wee revolutionary move to their collection. The brand presented the Serenissima Spring-Summer ’18 collection that features the new it-bag, Furla Ducale – the shoulder bag that embodies Italian craftsmanship, history, and contemporary creativity. We were invited as one of the lucky few to check out this collection at Via Brera, Milan.

With Sophistication as the key element, the Italian brand demonstrated this bag that draws from Venetian textile tradition with a twist of flat digital patterns on leather into exclusive three-dimensional prints on brocades. A bag that’s designed for life and destined to be passed on from generation to generation, Furla Ducale is unapologetically charming.
Its sinuous design features bold colours for a bag that speaks volumes about your personality because it is endlessly customisable. The handle or detachable, adjustable straps are both available in different designs. Good news for you, the bag will be available in stores on February 2018.

And the other good news is, with sales rising up, Furla also announced plans to open new stores in Hong Kong, Beijing, Tokyo and Prague before the end of the year, as its global expansion continues apace. Still a lot of time to save your bucks!
