Nikmati five-course menu bertema Tiongkok di Café Gray Deluxe, dengan hidangan utama Double Boiled Oxtail Consommé with Truffle Steamed Bun and Smoked Bone Marrow Butter, Diver Scallops with Jerusalem Artichokes and Soy Roasted Hazelnuts, dan Braised Wagyu Beef Cheeks with Sweet Potato Fondant, Pickled Carrots, Daikon and Lotus Root, kemudian Chilled Soup of Ginger and Sago with Pear Sorbet dan Milk Chocolate Mousse with Citrus Compôte and Mandarin Gelato sebagai penutupnya. Café Gray Bar turut menyambut Tahun Baru Imlek ini dengan concoctions istimewa, seperti ‘Blossom’ dengan base teh melati dan ‘Pocket Money’ yang mencampurkan rasa manis dari kurma dengan passionfruit dan elderflower.
